THE EVENT

The TNT is a training event in which participants learn how to design and facilitate interactive soft skills trainings with personal development aims, for groups of students and young professionals on a variety of topics such as Teamwork, Feedback & Communication, Leadership, Decision Making and many more.

In every edition of the TNT, new trainers are trained to become people capable of running a soft-skills training session in all its aspects, both in online contexts and in on-site dynamic environments.

Why should I become a trainer?

Being a soft skills trainer is a very valuable tool to better understand oneself, motivate others to become the best version of themselves and better orientate in the future that awaits us as students outside the university!
